Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order, however in the summer and winter we will only ship on Mondays only because we do not want your products to sit over the weekend in a UPS warehouse.

Need to cancel or change a order?
If for some reason you need to cancel or change an order. Please E-mail us ASAP either buy personally emailing us at sales@pazgrowers.com or simply go to our contact page with the subject as cancel or change requested.

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely! We use Paypal only for your convenience to insure your order is processed safe and secure.

I live locally can I come to the nursery?
Yes, our nursery however is a wholesale distributor and it is not open to the public but you can email us at Sales@pazgrowers.com to come pick your order up or just notate it on your order in remarks.

Can I ship to a PO box?
No, these packages are too large for a PO box.

Do you offer gift certificates?
currently we do not. however you can have your order shipped to any physical address.

How do i track my item?
When we ship your order there will be a tracking emailed to your e-email address provided. simply go to UPS.com, select your language, click the blue tracking tab at the top of the page, and type in or copy/paste in the tracking number we have provided.

Why is my shipping cost so high for one plant?
UPS charges us a starting rate, usually averaging around $14.00. After the first plant (starting rate) is weighed is when the weight factors the shipping costs. In most cases the difference in shipping 1 plant compared to 6 plants is only a few dollars, It's just that icky base charge from UPS that make the shipping cost high.

Can I purchase a plant if its not recommended in my "zone"?
yes, but we highly advise you not to do so and will not be responsible if your plants do not grow and bloom as expected.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS. plants will be packed tightly with packing paper and Styrofoam peanuts to insure a safe and healthy arrival.

Can I pre-order and have my order shipped at a later date?
Yes, just be sure to notate when you would like your order shipped and we will be sure to ship it at that time.

Will we ship over seas?
No, we are sorry but we no longer ship over seas due to agriculture regulations. That includes Alaska and Hawaii as well.

I received my item damaged!
We have mastered the packing technique therefore your plants WILL arrive healthy and undamaged. If however your plants do no arrive in healthy condition please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can first resend your order and secondly see what we could have done differently.
